• Are there any additional fees such as processing, appraisal or service fees?  All included in one-time fee.
  
• How often will my phone ring?  That depends on how good you price your home.
  
• Do I have to sign anything?  Online, you can hit the “Accept” button on our agreement or we can mail it to you.
  
• Am I committed for a period of time?  No, but it will stay on until you sell your house or you tell us otherwise.
  
• What happens when someone is interested in purchasing my home?  They call and they get a Home4Sale123 representative who screens the buyer as much as possible, then sets the appointment.
  
• Will my phone number be published somewhere?  We will never publish your phone number.
  
• What if I’m contacted by a Real Estate agent?  That’s no problem.  This is an extra service so you can sell your home.  Only you can commit to an agent.
  
• Will you be acting as my Realtor?  No, we are not realtors.
  
• What services does my one-time fee pay for?  Everything – call center, internet, and mailing out of the sign.
  
• How many people will I be working with?  Am I assigned only one person?  Yes, you’re assigned to one representative.
  
• Is there any guarantee or warranty in case my home isn’t sold in a timely fashion?  No, we just post your home on our website.
  
• If I decide to remove my home from the listing, is the fee refundable?  This cost involves set-up fees and is non-refundable once the home is posted.
  
• In what instances am I entitled to a refund of fees?  None.
  
• How can I gauge the progress of potential buyers?  You deal directly with them.
  
• Can I continue to make repairs or upgrades to my home while under your care?  Yes.
  
• If I sell the home on my own, are you still entitled to a percentage?  If so, how much?  Absolutely none, just our initial fee.
